How can I access my Reseller Control Panel?
You may access your control panel via https://www.agorahosting.com:8443
with your reseller username and password.
How can I create web sites?
Prior to creating domains (web sites), you must create a user. After creating a user, you may create a web site (domain).
Screenshots given below are from English version with "Standard (Blue)" theme. Therefore, it would be better for you to understand
if you can change your theme to Standard Blue. After logging in to your account go to Options > Display Settings and select Standard (Blue) Skin and click Save Display Settings.
How can I create a Hosting Plan?
Click Plan Manager and then click My Plans
Here, click Add Plan
Type in Plan Name, Description, Setup Price (preferably 0), Recurring Duration (preferably 1 Year), Recurring Price (Preferably 0) and click Next
Specify Disk Space and Bandwidth in MB. Then, specify websites, maildomains, useraccounts, statistic sites, php, perl, asp.net, ve frontpage ext. as "1".
Fill in POP Boxes (Email accounts), ODBC (DSN), subdomain ve mysql database numbers. Forums and IP address fields should be given 0 value as they are not supported by our system.
Click Create New Plan
After submitting the form you will see the success page below.
How can I create a user?
Click User Manager and select Add User.
Type domain name for the area Login name without using www prefix, such as domain.com.
Type in passwords and email fields. Select the Hosting Plan you wish to specify for this user and click Add Webadmin
How can I create a web site (domain)?
Click Domains and select Add Site. Type domain.com to the Website Name field. Choose the same domain name
from the Website Owner field. Website type and Mail access should be like in the picture. Type mail password and Click Configure
in Advanced Settings. Enable Write in Access Permissions and click Next
Here click only Next and step to the next screen
Here click only Create Mail Domain and step to the next screen

How can I configure E-mail accounts?
Click Mail Manager and select List Mail Domains. Click Mailboxes
Here you can see pre-configured email accounts and change password of exiting ones.
Click Add New Mailbox to create a mail account.
While creating the mail account, type username for Mailbox Name. For example, when creating info@domain.com, type in
ONLY info. Type password and click Update
How can I create MySQL database?
Click Database Manager and select Add Database.
In Associated Website field choose the web site you wish to create MySQL for. Type in desired DB name, username and password and
click Create Database
How can I create MSSQL database?
MS SQL Server databases can not be created through control panel. To get your database created, please contact us via support@agorahosting.com
Your database information will be sent to your email address as soon as possible.
